Oakwood Creative Care has a tradition of 35 + years serving the community through our Day Programs. Our goal is to support our community to age gracefully and to truly enjoy the Golden Years even with the diagnosis of Dementia, Parkinson's, strokes, disabilities, or whatever the situation may be.

Oakwood Creative Care Support Groups, Camp Caregiver, and one-on-one support will help you to take care of yourself so you can better care for your loved one.
